Tennis Club Policy Update - Effective October 1st, 2025
Dear Members,
We hope this message finds you well. As you are aware, due to recent increases in lease costs and utility prices, we have had to adjust our pricing for tennis lessons in order to continue providing the best possible service and training environment for our students.
Effective October 1st, 2025, the following pricing will apply to all tennis lessons:
Private Lesson: $110 per session
Semi-Private Lesson: $60 per student, per session
Group Lesson: $35 per student, per session
We understand that these adjustments may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Our goal remains to offer exceptional coaching and to deliver the best possible results for every student, no matter the circumstances.
We remain committed to providing high-quality training, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping all our members achieve their tennis goals.
The Beasts Tennis Academy Cancellation Policy
At The Beasts Tennis Academy, we aim to provide the best experience for our students and coaches. To help manage our scheduling effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: Students must provide at least 12 hours' notice if they need to cancel a scheduled lesson.
Late Cancellations: If a student fails to notify the academy of their cancellation less than 12 hours before the lesson, they will be required to pay 50% of the lesson fee, regardless of the circumstances.
No-Show Policy: Students who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without prior notification will be charged the full price of the lesson.
Rescheduling: Students who provide at least 12 hours’ notice may reschedule their lesson without penalty, subject to availability.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise. While we encourage students to communicate any exceptional circumstances, the standard policy will generally apply.
